So thankful we engaged Belicia and her capable team for our wedding We literally couldn’t have done it without her. We initially wanted to plan our wedding by ourselves, but realised that we really needed help 3 months out from the wedding when barely nothing was done…
Right from the first call that we had, Belicia steadied us and immediately took steer of the planning. With her years of experience, she was able to plan out the day with a level of detail that we would never have thought of ourselves — down to the smallest logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination. She anticipated problems before they even became problems, and always had a backup plan ready.
What really impressed us was how quickly Belicia caught onto our vision. We didn’t always have the words to describe exactly what we wanted, but she picked up on the vibes we wanted to achieve almost instantly and knew how to translate it into reality — from the overall styling to the small details that tied everything together. It felt like she just got us, and we didn’t have to spend precious time explaining and re-explaining what we had in mind.
I also really appreciated how calm and organised she stayed even when we were stressed. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she patiently answered our (many, many) questions, kept us on track without ever making us feel rushed, and somehow made the entire process feel manageable even with such a tight timeline. Throughout the wedding planning process, I could also tell that Belicia has very strong connections in the wedding industry and great working relationships with many of our vendors - this made the day so much easier as our entire wedding team worked so seamlessly together!
On the actual wedding day itself, we felt like everything was ran so smoothly by Belicia and her team of coordinators that we barely had to think about anything. There were probably many hiccups and behind-the-scenes problems but we definitely did not feel that way hahaha. We could simply be present and enjoy the moment! It was a beautiful and perfect wedding and everything that we dreamed of. ❤️
